·BSL students who have completed a Level 4/6 NVQ Certificate in BSL; who may be practising as Communication Support workers in further education, schools or employment.

·Students who have completed some initial interpreter training in a university setting and who are now are looking for a course that will allow them to register as a RSLI.

·Individuals changing occupation who have studied BSL in their spare time and are now committed to a new career.  They may have been through the NVQ assessments in BSL and are interested in a taught course in interpreting that will competently equip them for future employment as an interpreter, and allow them to register as a Trainee Interpreter during the course.

This course will not be the quickest, cheapest or easiest, but conscientious students will want the challenges that this course brings.
